The primary source Jerry Jones and everybody else said the PLAY CALLING is changing, not the offense. It’s Scott Linehan taking the play-calling reigns from Garrett all over again.
MM and Dak talked about it. They have gone into detail about how the routes are formulated and taught, they have talked about limiting the options particularly for younger players to simplify reads. And then of course there are a whole slew of changes they cannot talk about because of the nature of competition.

Try again. or run away again.

So the changes to the route concepts and reads that have been discussed over the past months shold just be ignored and we should give up.

You really want people to act like scared losers.
Again, they did not change the offense to a WCO. Brian Schottenheimer is the OC and he runs an Air Coryell. He was here last year as well. Mike McCarthy was made the play-caller.

Absolutely nowhere has anybody from Valley Ranch claimed they are running a WCO.

That has nothing to do with changing to a WCO. That’s called coaching an offense.

Moore was a disciple of Linehan, he was still running primarily Air Coryell here.

They've talked about WCO being implemented as well. Everyone can prima facie realize that by recalling the Texas Coast conversation reporters had with Dak.

Schottenheimer's father was a WCO guy too. MM has talked about working with him when he was with the Chiefs. It's not as simple as you want it to be.

They specifically talked about the emphasis on route combinations as opposed to timing options. That speaks to the very difference between the two offenses.

You suck at deduction.

now if dak can just get the ball where the heck it needs to be ??
I think thats the premise, you remove 4 option routes and your removing many opp's for mistakes between the WR and QB. There will still be mistakes I think you will see alot less from both the QB and WR group with the new route system.

LOL.. “deduction”…. How hard is it to find a quote that says Dallas will be running a WCO? Let me tell you, it’s impossible, because it’s not happening. As your “elite” QB himself stated:

"There are some changes. It's not like we're going to throw away our playbook and try to start over, anything like that," Prescott said. "Obviously, we've had some success. There is good there."

"This is the 'Texas Coast,'" quarterback Dak Prescott told reporters Wednesday. "We just renamed that, the quarterbacks. It's got definitely some West Coast principles, but has a little bit of what we've done in the past and just marrying them together with a lot of detail and maybe in a sense, a system that's not out there."

Who denied that?

You forgot the rest of it.

By all indications, McCarthy won't be straying too far from how former offensive coordinator Kellen Moore operated the Cowboys offense for four years. The veteran head coach said earlier this offseason that the offense would still be in "Dak's language" and Dallas isn't throwing away last year's playbook.

It’s Bill Callahan all over again. They aren’t throwing away the play-book and the offense is based on Dak’s language, meaning tailored to his skill-set. Nowhere are they changing the offense to a WCO.

The comical thing is you are trying to refute a strawman, that MM is going to be some carbon-copy of Moore. The fact of the matter is, yes he may employ some of the things he used in GB, but the play-book is the same and the base offense is Air Coryell.

Wow, how do you get to listen to what they talk about? Do you have some sort of pass into the meeting rooms? Lucky you!

Cooper Rush didn’t have these “tipped INT” issues.

Weird.

Rush had like 5 dropped INTs in one game.. I think it was the Cincy game.. He tried like hell to throw that game away but the DBs wouldn't cooperate. Your unwillingness to acknowledge that dude just plain got lucky AND was protected from himself by running a training wheels version of the offense doesn't change the fact that he was.

I already quoted and linked it. And this is stupid. I never claimed such access and specifically referenced conversations with reporters.

Your posts insinuate that you were there. "They talked about this and that, and talked about this and that...."

You have no clue what they have talked about.
