Dak was the worst player on the field today *MERGE*

Word.

This is a game we lose 9/10 times in years past.

The defense is developing into a monster. Yet people want to, first and foremost, whine about Dak instead of taking about that.

The reason people are not talking about the Defense is that it was already assumed that we would make it to the playoffs. So people started thinking about the cowboys as how they will do in the playoffs. Today's performance hints that we would lose our first game there.

There's nothing wrong with him physically and even predicted these countless "blame it on the calf" justifications...

It is what it is.

On a good note the Defense is healthy, playing aggressive and making plays.
Defense has faced Taysom Hill and a combo of Taylor Heinicke/J. Allen in the past 2 games.

Either Mike Glennon, Daniel Jones or Jake Fromm will be the starting QB for the Giants next week depending on their health situation.

Should be another excellent day for the defense at least.

I KNOW this QB isnt good enough. As great as Micah is, we arent winning a SB with QB play like this. You know this.

My guess is that it started with the calf injury and after his struggles it’s now in his head. He doesn’t trust his offensive line or himself or both. Fortunately he has some games to work himself out of it

If I'm going to make an excuse for Dak I'd say it's his shoulder versus the calve. But he's making dumb reads and throws so that shoulder or calve wouldn't have anything to do with that. It's more of a head issue then. I doubt if Dak will ever be a great quarterback. Now I'm wondering can he even be a good one. I was never one to bash Dak unless deserved but he has me up at night worried now.

Dak homer here and I can easily say that his game regressed significantly after the calf injury. Today he was as horrible as any QB can be.

It regressed but I don’t think it’s injury related.

If Dak plays up to his contract; the Cowboys would look like SB contenders.

That is why people are whining.

If Dak does not turn things around; he could cost the Cowboys a chance to contend.

And the Cowboys do not have a veteran QB on the team.

We all want him to play better and yes, obviously we aren’t going to win the SB or even sniff the NFCCG if Dak continues to spiral like this.

Difference between fans likes me and the masses that have ignored every good game he’s had, is that fans like me know Dak is better than this and expect him to show it.

What I’m far more worried about is the OL.

He is absolutely terrible he looks demoralized on the sideline I think he is having some mental health issues or something. He just goes to the sidelines and either looks like he is going to cry or puts his face in a tablet. Not much of a leader.

Something like this has to be going on. He was amazing first half of the year. I think he is in his own head or something. He has never been this bad before.

To be fair, hes probably assuming we get 1-2 firsts for Dak….so get Mac Jones, Parsons and 160 million

I think he's trying to hit Ceedee too much, as some of his decisions look like he's forcing the ball in windows that just aren't there to be had. I'd use the next few weeks to open up the offense again, and try to let some of these other players eat. It's almost like teams are baiting him into throws right now.
