Dak > Wince

Troll alert...troll alert...troll alert

You’ll be the first one I troll when he throws for 135 yards and fumbles 3 times against Seahawks.

All season, I've been hearing how Injury ridden the Eagles have been. Saying he was surrounded by a superbowl winning team is a half truth.
Their second yes but their offense was almost completely healthy the first 2 games Foles played.

Dak on the other hand dealt with the worst receiving and TE group in the league and not to mention a beat up and injured OL.

SMH ..keep believing that bs...he has 400 yards against a crap NY team or teams with 10% of their secondary active every other game he has 150 yards. Alex Smith better, Wentz better,Eli better, Foles better, Sudfield better ..probably Colt McCoy better.
You're being foolish and silly. Dak averages over 240 yards a game and just did something that only 2 other QBs have done in the history of the league and that's thrown for at least 22 TDs in each of his 3 seasons. The other two were Peyton Manning and Luck.

SOUTHERN0005:
The sad thing is you WANT him to have a bad game so you can be right instead of rooting for the QB of your supposed favorite team so they will win a playoff game and go further in the playoffs. Just sad ...

The unexplainable.

Well the OL wasn't that bad as some of you guys seem to claim, at least some of us are used to seen it much worse, and then it was only a little while ago where people here were talking about how we didn't need a true number one and then switched their stories.

There is all sorts of really interesting studies about the need to be right and how the brain responds with attacks on deeply held beliefs the same way it does bodily harm. Changing beliefs based on evidence is actually a rather uncommon trait and explains all sorts of human behavior.

This is why nobody is willing to come over to my side on Jason Garrett.

What OL wasn't as bad as some claim? Dallas OL? What games have you been watching, the OL has been terrible all that. Even the coach was fired they were so bad. So every QB is allowed to have weapons but Dak? Somehow it's bad that Dak needs actual receivers that can catch the ball. Yep that makes a ton of sense. You Dak haters are the worst kind of "fan"

Don't really trust Foles for a full season. He's like Fitzpatrick. He's great in small doses and when he's hot he's hot.
The only time Foles was bad was under Fisher. I can't hold that against anyone. He is the QB killer. Under Kelly, Foles had one of the best years any QB ever had. Too bad Kelly's style gassed the defense. Foles was good the following year until he was injured. Foles comes back to Philly and wins the SB, with an MVP award to boot. Foles starts this year with a depleted Eagle Squad and does okay--Eagles rush Wentz back (stupid), Wentz gets hurt again, and Foles saves the season by putting up 30 and 32 against two damn good defenses. If Foles wasn't hurt now I'd pick him to beat the Bears next week.

Can we put this debate to bed once and for all?

Pay the man something fair and let's get on with acquiring some Lombardi trophies.

Linehan.... Gone
Kellen Moore... Gone
Dak..... Much improved afterwards

LOL, Wentz is so much better than Dak it is actually funny that this is still a debate. They both have of the chart intangibles, but on physical ability Wentz dominates him. JJ would do a Wentz for Dak trade in a New York minute.

I'm obviously in the minority of Cowboys fans at least today, but I'll take Wentz over Prescott. Wentz will have the better career because he is more talented, and physically gifted. I've seen a lot of Foles on the Eagles, Rams, and Kansas City. He really is an enigma of sorts, but one thing I can say the more talent around him the better he is. The guy looks like Tom Brady when he surrounded with talent, but without that like the beginning of this year he looks quite mediocre.. He's shattered a ton of NFL records, and Eagles records and is not a starter somewhere. It's crazy.

I'm liking what I'm seeing from Prescott, and he reminds me a lot of Foles. The more talent around him the better he is. I always pegged him as a backup, but I am reevaluating based on his play. He's definitely proven he should be a solid starter. He needs to show he can make noise in the postseason.

I wouldn't be surprised if Philly tries to bring Wentz back for the playoffs. I suspect he's less hurt than Foles. Foles has rib cartledge damage from getting speared last week, and if he's going to play with that in the playoffs Chicago will make quick work of them. You could tell yesterday he was protecting his ribs by throwing short quick passes all game and avoiding the deep ball.

I don't view them as a serious threat anymore. Chicago, Los Angeles, and New Orleans are going to be tough to beat.

Yeah, they even have a fancy term for it. It's called cognitive dissonance.

Some of us are reasonably adult enough to credit Dak with the good and bad things he does. Others have to buckle down on their accepted belief and look foolish.

Wince's stats in his last game against the Gnats. 236 yards and 1 TD. Since I'm sure that there are some will want to discredit Dak's game yesterday by saying that it was against the Giants, yet still support the idea that Wince is an elite QB. And also I recall some boosting about Wince coming back against the Giants, by saying "I was told Wentz wasn't clutch" or something like similar to this.

This.
