I agree that this may be a test
Cold weather and very good defense and an offense at home that can out up points on a good day

Although, he had passed all other tests so far

I think this will be a blood bath
Hope we come out on top

How do you think he will fare? I doubt he's played to many games in freezing weather.

He's built for it physically.

I would say the only thing to worry about is that he puts more touch on his passes than ZING and I don't know if he can make some of throws he makes if it's a real windy day.

But he has a lot of ways he can beat you.

Example: We run a busted play on 2nd and 9 at the end of the Vikings game.. It was a screen to Dunbar... Vikings snuff it out and he just takes off running and slides early but still it was amazing.

I don't doubt that this team can win in an ice-bowl. The dominant run game and oline are made exactly for that.

But the great news, like every other great a d fortuitous thing that has happened this year, this team may not have to play in a truly meaningful, uber-cold game this year.
The playoffs and home field are all but tied up, so we get those indoors.
The Super Bowl, if we can dream, is also indoors.

This season is comically lining up for us in a very good way.

In 2013, in the Egg Bowl against Mississippi in Starkville, the game temps were in the mid 30s at kickoff. Prescott came off the bench to win the game despite a pinched nerve in his throwing shoulder. It was also after his mother passed away.

IMO this team with its physical OL and physical RB is ideal for cold weather. Dak will have the luxury of handing the ball off and making timely passes or running the ball himself.

Run the ball with your best player (the OTHER rookie) and use the League's best OL to grind games out and the weather means nothing!

It was 56 at kickoff against Pittsburgh.

The coldest game I could find quickly for Dak was the Liberty Bowl three years ago. It was 47 degrees -- and Dak passed for three touchdowns, ran for two scores and was named the game's MVP.

:flagwave: Thanks!
