I would think that the fact that Dak has monster-sized hands would help out in inclement weather.
He does have big hands.
Cody Kessler was the only QB at the combine with that size hands.
Poor Goff had small hands for a QB...kind of like Bridgewater's a couple of years ago.

Wins a game below freezing.

Wait, there was no snow!

Haha! I swear people grasp at straws to try and find all these "tests" for Dak.

Like someone mentioned, he has played in cold weather in college before. He will be fine. It's not even supposed to be that cold. Especially once you start running around out there. This isn't going to be the Ice Bowl.

It was 56 at kickoff against Pittsburgh.

The coldest game I could find quickly for Dak was the Liberty Bowl three years ago. It was 47 degrees -- and Dak passed for three touchdowns, ran for two scores and was named the game's MVP.

It wasnt 56 degrees for long at that game. It was pretty cool with the wind coming off the rivers and the temperature dropping for sure.

At kick off but the temps dropped, the forecast low is 38. I don't think that is all that cold when you are playing. Heck I live in Houston and have played in the sleet and while it was cold on the sidelines, it was not that cold when you are on the field playing. I would be more concerned with the wind at a place like NY

So you're saying there's a chance?

Living in the cold of New England, I can tell you until the temps get to about 25 or less it really doesn't have a huge effect, unless it's windy. Below that things can get dicey for people who haven't played in that weather.

They say it's the same for both teams, but at 15 degrees the team which has spent some time in the weather knows how things change and what is different about the ball and the field and such.

But this weekend won't be anywhere near that child.

The season should really come with a syllabus. I cant keep up.
Well, at least we're passing all the quizzes. The problem is they're pop quizzes. They just keep coming out of nowhere. I'm was guilty of it too early on, but now I say he has proven himself as a NFL QB. All we need to worry about are rookie mistakes.

I'm far more concerned with wind and precipitation when it comes to a QB's play than cold. Dak has enormous hands (10-7/8") which usually makes for good throwing in bad weather.

Hopefully, it will be Dak's last meaningful outdoor game this season.

And some people say accelerating climate change is not a good thing.

If this was the 80s in December it would be 10-15 deg, a foot of snow on the ground, and a nice biting wind that cuts right through you up there.

Instead, it will be a balmy 42 deg, no snow, no precip, and little to no wind.

A few years from now the Frozen Tundra of Lambeau will look more like my front lawn in January.

LOL!!!
