This video starts out on another pair of teams, but it changes quickly to the Cowboys.

The woman on the right talks about Dak's QBR on 3rd downs. QBR's top score is 100. Yesterday Dak's QBR on 3rd downs was 99.7.

But wait on it and watch the film study of the Cee Dee Lamb TD and how Dak changed the blocking schemes from what Biadasz first called.

I believe two things have changed about Dak this season. The first is his ability to see the field, recognize the defenses, and put people in position to succeed. A great deal of this is recognition, but the added aspect to this is the line play which keeps him upright and his jersey clean. A symbiotic relationship between his identification of what he sees, and his protection allowing him to execute it.

The second facet of Dak's improved play is his accuracy. I cannot explain this. I recall that silly contest he had with another QB where he could not hit a target that was standing still. Yet, he is dropping the ball on deep passes, or threading a rope between defenders, and putting ther ball on the money.

My opinion, without any real facts is Dak works his tail off to improve on any and everything and will not let up until he reaches his goals. This guy is driven more than anyone I have ever seen, except maybe Michael Irvin. Dak is relentless until he reaches his ambition.

He has set his sights on a championship. Let that sink in.

Dak’s the man.

Puts our old Quincy Carter debates at The Ranch into perspective, doesn’t it? Turns out you were right.

Thanks, Nav. But to be honest, there is a whole world full of people who posted there that see me like a girl sees a boyfriend who stole the prize and never called back. There may still be wanted posters out on me.

Totally love Dak. He has the intangibles such as leadership skills, poise under pressure, smarts, teamwork, etc.

He is also hungry for a championship and pursuit of it is like no other that we've seen in a long, long time.

Dak has really grown as a player
It takes time to really learn to read a nfl defense and how to attack it
