Vikings pass defense is trash. One of the worst in the league. There only shining grace is TOs, but Pollard has essentially killed it with his running game.

This is why you run the ball: it makes other teams have to pass.....

They had it backwards. They wanted to shoot you out in the first half and force you to come back by means of being down. The better angle is to win TOP and make the game clock force them out of the run. Or else you get the Packers game where the opposing team keeps running due to having time.
