Cooper Rush has looked as bad as I've seen any QB play. Eagles defenders touched Rush passes as much as his receivers. That's inexcusable to say the least. The 3rd string QB might get some playing time.

Eagles scored 24 against Washington in the second but 0 the rest. They slow down in the 2nd half
