But when it was mentioned, the defenders went into overdrive mode.I noticed it when Rush went 5-1 a couple of years ago too.

You can't be in the organization & not know when a guy isn't pulling his weight. Worse yet if they are also not being a stand up person behind the scenes.Dak is a flake and has thrown enough people under the bus to know....he's the problem
It just means we don’t land Mason Graham, Banks etc and end up with JeantyOh good, a worse draft pick, and now Jerry’s can keep pushing the Super Bowl is around the corner.
We could end up around 12 and miss out on Jeanty. It just means we don’t land Mason Graham, Banks etc and end up with Jeanty
We just caught you in one of those Twilight Zone kinda games. We were due for one regardless of who the opponent was.Good game, well played.
You all earned it.
And we showed a lot of our weaknesses.
As has been my viewing habit this season, I found out the score to decide if I wanted to watch the game. Knowing we scored 34, returning the second onside kick for a TD was the only logical thing that could result in that. Interesting to see how it happened, though. That was a strange game to watch. Hated to see Aubrey missed two FGs (one blocked). Hasn't he had three blocked this year out of his five misses or was that just the second?Quite the special teams game. From 2 missed field goals to 2 kickoff for Tds. Happy for Thomas.
Yeah, I could have lived with a loss at this point for draft position, but that doesn't mean that I want it as a fan. I always want to win. That is so much more fun.So my head is telling me we should tank, BUT my heart doesn't agree at all..
We'll technically that might be true. If we win out, we would (likely) be in the playoffs at 10-7. The likelihood of us winning out is zilch, though.I wonder if there will actually be someone dumb enough, this week, to hypothesize "If we win out, we're in the playoffs"
I hope not....but the pessimistic side of me thinks the very large dumb element of our fanbase may rear its ugly head this week.
I'm in agreement, even in favor of letting Steele go or trading him for whatever we can get. Work out a starting line from Guyton, Richards, Smith, Beebe, Bass and Hoffman.Funny how the run game looks good when Bass n Hoffman start, that's why I'm not a fan of drafting an OL next draft. Richards looks decent also, so let these guys play.
Well, we're playing Josh Butler as a starting corner because of all our injuries. That's bad. The fact that he looked decent at times today had more to do with going against Noah Brown than his ability IMO.there is no way someone is supposed to complete an 85 yard pass against a prevent defense. The fact that they did and were back in it until a missed extra point is just another testament to how bad we are.
