Dallas Cowboys legend looks unnatural and wrong in Seahawks team photo

I consider Romo and Law the same in their respective fields. Especially since they didn’t win anything or play big in post season games.

Now some would add Witten and Ware to that but they were all decade type careers so I can see them being in a different class then Romo and Lawrence.
A legend is an Emmitt Smith; anyone putting legend in front of Lawrence's name has no cred at all

DeMarcus Lawrence spent 11 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, so seeing him in a Seattle Seahawks uniform is rather jarring.

The Dallas Cowboys lost their two longest-tenured players this offseason. Zack Martin, their first-round selection in 2014, retired after 11 seasons. DeMarcus Lawrence, who was selected in Round 2 of the same NFL draft, left in free agency.

Lawrence ended up signing a three-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks, and unfortunately, made some comments that led to a beef with Micah Parsons, and left fans with a bad taste in their mouth.

Glad he took his Hot Boyz stuff up north.

Law isn’t even close to being ROH. He was a good player who was on the team for a long time.

Never elite.

He just has longevity.
I don’t think every person in the ROH is elite but I also don’t recall saying Law was or would be in the ROH. Do I think Jerry is just gonna omit guys because they weren’t elite? In his era of being GM? No. I for sure could see Romo getting in.

Signs of how far this franchise has fallen when a spare like Demarcus Lawrence is labeled as a legend.

you seemed willing to call Lawrence a legend which devalues anyone else
you said it you own it
That’s not how I operate. Like just because Joe Namath is a Hall of Famer doesn’t devalue Marino or Montana status. As I explained earlier guys like Romo and Law represent legends to me because that’s my hey day. Roy Williams as well. La Roi Glover, Jay Ratliff…

Lawrence is not a legend.

He was a capable starter for the Cowboys when healthy but I hope he's not waiting on a call from the Hall of Fame five years from now.

A legend on Jerry's wannabe Cowboys of the last 30 years maybe.
What a hoot somebody decided to give this business decision maker participation trophy.

What a laugh he's a legend of the hot boys which ranks him as the piss boy for the Doomsday defense.
that was the real legendary unit

Among his career highlights….

-telling rookies not to bother listening to Garrett because Jerry is the real boss.

-refusing to get his shoulder repaired unless he got the bag first. Jerry gave in of course per usual.

-forcing a fumble in the playoff game vs Detroit on the final drive in his rookie year. Instead of falling on it to ice the game, tries to run with it and gives it back.

I’m not gonna miss that guy in the slightest.

and once again you show no ability to judge real legends from wannabe in your own mind legends

If DeMarcus Lawrence's career warrants him being called a Cowboys "legend", then Greg Ellis needs to be in the Ring of Honor.

On a related note I think this is why the NFL itself might start inducting fewer players into the Hall of Fame. Just looking at some recent inductees made me say "they were very good players, but Hall of Fame???"

About one third of the last ten years HOF classes were people I did not think deserved to get in

Probably not. I don’t remember the rings as well as others so for guys like me who didn’t see Bob Lilly and Randy White play….guys like Romo and Dez are our legends….might be crazy for some to think but yeah I was an adult when these guys came around I was a child when Mike and

I agree 100 percent. Definitely a harder hill to climb when you are a QB.
2104 & 2016. 07…against the Patriots…not sure we win that. They had worked us over earlier that year. Maybe if Parcells would have stayed for 07. Then we got a legit shot to beat NE. Parcells vs Belichek that would have been a SB
