Alfred Morris will be traded to Carolina for a 6th Round Draft Choice

28th - Adoree Jackson USC CB/PR/KR/WR| would instantly be a start as Punt and Kick Return along with getting playing time in the slot.

60th - Obi Melifonw UCONN DB - Would instantly start at the safety position on the other side of Bryon Jones which will be an impact.
92nd - Demarcus Walker Florida State DE - would be a war daddy Jerry looking for who could come in and instantly start at Right End.
133rd - D'onta Foreman Texas RB - would be the change of pace back with Ezekiel Elliot and Cowboys could eventually move on from McFadden.
6th (Carolina) - Dede Westbrook Oklahoma WR - could be that fifth receiver outside of Bryant, Williams, Beasley, and Butler.
211th - D.J. Pumphrey San Deigo State RB is coming in to take the Role of Lance Dunbar as a third down specialist.
228th Jalen Reeves Maybin Tennessee LB Can come in and start on defense and special teams.

I don't like the picks after it but I would do this Morris trade for sure. I can also see them trading a 2018 4th for a 2017 5th.

Also if a team offered to trade up 5 or 10 spots to 28 I would do it, the value of that move is an added 4th and 5th.

CowboysZone DIEHARD Fan
As a Sooner fan I'm probably biased in my rating of Westbrook, but I'd be shocked if he lasted all the way to the 6th round,,, he's a 2nd rounder IMO. More explosive than Sterling Shephard was.

Two DB's and an overweight RB in the 4th when we have the best RB in football?? Westbrook in the 6th?? Not a chance he will there.

I dont think there is anyway you get a 6th for Morris at his age, production and the depth of running back in this class.

Two RBs?????

It will be hard to carry more than four backs on the final roster. That said McFadden is basically here for a year and then the "Dunbar replacement" better be able to do a lot more than be a gadget if they are going to be Elliott's caddy in 2018.

No matter what else Demarcus Walker is... he definitely isn't a RDE in this scheme.
