Ok Hos or someone that works out, been years since Ive worked out with weights, is 275 good for a player like dez that weighs about 215?

A lot of heavy lifters I know use 135 to just get their muscles warmed up to actually lift. That sounds like what Dez was referring to when he was talking about "reppin" (repping).

I understood it. I was just unsure about whether he wants KO's number or not.

Yeah if he's reppin 275 like nothin, that means his max is well in the 300's, maybe even 4.

That's some serious strength, especially for a WR.

thanks buddy, thats what i was thinking but not sure, :)

dez was already cut up. Imagine how he is now if he truly have been hitting the weights like he say he is.

It's very good if he's repping them as easy as he says he is.

Especially since bench press is a pushing motion. He already loves to stiff arm. His stiff arm might be as nasty as the player formerly known as the barbarian.

If he is repping 275 then he is pretty strong. I don't know if that helps him on the field but he and Woicik should know.

Reppin would be lifting for endurence, not strength, usually 10+ reps a set. Thats fantastic, not sure about for pro football players, but thats amazing for avg person, people usually "rep" around 60% of their max lift.
