The Cowboys are holding their 2nd annual draft party at Gilleys. I didn't go last year - I didn't find out until late, and wasn't of age at the time to enjoy alcohol in public.

But I am a year older, and know about it now. Is it worth it? Is it a good time? Anyone been? I would like to go - but by God, I want to watch the draft too. Is it visible, do they have internet, etc?

Draft parties are well worth it. I've gone to them before simply for the Utah Jazz here in SLC and they are always a good time. Lots of semi-knowledgable fans, a passionate atmosphere, can't beat that. Make sure you arrive early if you want a good seat though.

Plus booze, lots of booze. :p:

Well, there's another thread about this but I'll summarize with this:

1. I WILL watch the draft this year in real time. I will make it happen.

2. Contrary to popular belief, not everyone who lives in Utah is LDS.

1. Portable TVs don't work in the wilderness.

2. Do the other wives know you are hiking with this chick?

Great stuff. :D

I grew up 40 miles away from Colorado City, the biggest polygamist colony in the U.S. They've actually relocated much of their clan to El Dorado, Texas as you may have heard when it was widely speculated that the end of the world was April 6th.

Whoops.

Do they have a web site and do they have extra chicks around for guys that wanna check out "the program"?

I am flexible and will try almost anything once.

I live in The Colony, Texas but unfortunately it is strictly one woman per man here and you better not make that one mad.
