I don't know.

The Bucs front 4 essentially beat down their o-line physically, rendering their entire offense useless. That's how they won.

This front 4 can't do that. Not even close. We have other strengths, but the blueprint Tampa used yesterday is beyond our capability. Our d-line stinks at pressuring QB's consistently for an entire game.

One thing is for sure, I don't want the Cowboys to go up there to play them.

they've been in three games where they've scored less than 10 pts thus year.

You can't invest high draft picks or $$ at every position. It's interesting to see that Seattle went cheap on their OL.

That'll be their downfall.

Its unfair because the personnel is different and the coaching staff is better and different. Not only that but the secondary is far better than its been. They are 4th in points allowed. When have they done that in past previous years with the teams you're comparing them to?

You know what team we were struggle with? One that can defend the run, run the football and defend the pass. I don't see that team out there but maybe i'm missing someone?

Not sure I'm getting what you're talking about with some of that but although there's been changes in the coaching staff and personnel over the past decade the same issues continue to exist with our pass coverage. The personnel from 2014 is pretty similar on the defensive side of the ball except for the addition of Jones in the secondary at safety and we still aren't getting many INT's. We're currently 6th in points allowed because we've dropped from 4th the past couple of weeks. I see teams out there that can take advantage of our secondary, we just played a team in our division that did but our offense was able to overcome it. Mark my words if we don't improve our pass rush especially our 4th quarter pass rush we'll get knocked off in the playoffs because of it.

So what about other teams flaws? It won't come back to bite them in the playoffs?

Any teams flaws can come back to bite them in the playoffs but the one flaw we've had that's come back to bite us every time we made the playoffs the past decade is our lack of a consistent pass rush. We can't seem to affect the opposing teams QB and it's bit us every time.

Why bother running when you can pass for 400+ without an interception?
Rogers just did something similar to the Sheagles tonight, our team has been resilient enough to come away with a win in this situation. 39 drop backs, 0 sacks, 0 ints from the Sheagles.

Where is the Aaron Rodgers this year?

What QB has the skills to really throw all over us and score TDs instead of FG's?
Well Rodgers just picked apart a pretty good Eagles defense. But mainly, Ryan and the falcons are the ones I'd be worried about in the playoffs, their offense is very good. Also the Commanders torched our defense last game, and the Giants could probably do it as well. I have a feeling that our playoff games could turn into pretty high scoring affairs. We're still the best team in the NFC though based on the strength of our offense. Our offense is our best defense honestly, just control the clock.

Just face it.. NFL defenses suck. Especially this year.

I too worry about the Falcons matchup only because of Julio and nothing to do with Ryan.

The fact we did so well against AJ Green this year gives me hope.

The small guys like Jackson and Antonio Bryant are the guys giving us trouble.

People keep bringing up Atlanta and in doing so fail to mention their defense is even worse than ours. So yeah Matt Ryan may light us up in the passing game but then we are gonna turn around and run the ball down their throats. I'll play that game anyday

That's what happens when the offense controls the time of possession and the defense isn't on the field as much.

listen, this is the bottom line. The teams that allow the fewest points are a good football team. Just think about that for a second. If you're holding a team under twenty, and you're putting up 28 a game, you do the math.

The theory is that it will catch up with us.

31 other teams will have their weakness catch up with them.

Regardless.. Dallas will lose because their offense gets outplayed.

IMO, The Dallas defense won't lose the game for us unless they are on the field with the game on the line and even then the other team still has to make a play against us.

Their job is to not screw it up for the offense and that is exactly what they have done almost every game.
