Yes, they have done this for several years now with minority coaches. If they leave for a HC or some executive gigs that team gets a 3rd round comp pick. Started back in 2020.

Agreed it's very telling. They let their good not great DT go because they have depth and don't have to pay him huge dollars. We have no depth at DT so we have to pay our good not great DT a huge contract.

Agree, it seems we both lose starters but there’s gets a higher comp value than the ones we lose, unbelievable.

For 2026
Dallas will have their picks 1 through 5, yes they will have a 4th as of now.
the comp picks, 2 in the 5th, 1 in the 6th.

They sent a 6th to the Giants for Phillips and got a 7th in return. Yes another stupid trade trying to fix DT.
They sent a 7th to the Bill as part of the Elam trade.
They get a 7th from KC for Hendershot, if he met the incentives. That was 5 games on the roster or active for 3 games on the 46 game day active.

Philly has been a well run organization for a few years now, Dallas on the other hand has a clown that says he purchased his so-called occupation running the show.

Philadelphia has been better run for about 20-30 years now. Numerous conference championship games, numerous Super Bowl appearances, multiple Super Bowl wins, etc.

It’s not anywhere near debatable. The Cowboys, on the other hand, are a complete crap show with the Jones’ in charge.
