Please tell me this is not true, This guy is the master of the check down, He will never look more than 10 yards down field.

Oh no, he might be worse than Weeden. I saw him QB a couple of games last year when I was hoping the Rams would knock off one of the playoff contenders. It was a disaster.

Decent back up. I think I would rather have the other Rams QB from last year based on potential. But Hill would be a serviceable backup that we probably would hope to not see a lot of.

Hill's serviceable. 62% career completion percentage, decent TD/INT ratio, and a career QB rating of 85.

Would be a definite upgrade over Weeden, though that's not saying much.

Let's just say I'd trust him to keep us in a game if Romo ever had to be out for a game or two.

It's about finding someone serviceable enough to drive the bus if Romo went down. Your backup QB shouldn't be an automatic loss, especially with the line and skill position players we have.

I don't. This guy was terrible in the games I watched last year. Austin Davis played much better than him but Fischer went right back to him for some reason.

He is a veteran backup and I am fine with him. Obviously he is not our future, but could be a fine backup in case of emergency.
