all of these players need to take there multimillion dollar pay days and stash them and live off 5-600k a year and then when the next payday comes they can take less if market determines it. they are still living on 5-600k and it won’t bother them. but all of these guys max themselves out and buy mansions and cars and other things cough cough jets. why jets the dang teams own plans. but still they over extend themselves and they then need a 8-10m contract.

was the 400 replies on the other cook threads not an indicator? most knew this most teams arent going after him for 8-10mil the RB market seems to be 6-7 for starters the FT was way over market and he only needs one and it wont be the Cowboys. ive said this dozen times. we paid TP 10mil have zekes 6mil dead cap , jones, malik dowdle, Vaughn, and hunter. i mean that just too many resources at one position to add guy like cook. wasn't happening

its why dhop is still out there. all that nonsense about wanting an elite qb and not settling $$ wise.. um now hes visiting the titans and NE way to backtrack.

It's the right statement to make when seeking a contract, but unless a franchise running back goes down early in camp that's the value he will be looking at.

I would be very surprised based on the market, the TD leader last season had to settle for a 4 million a year deal. Maybe someone goes a little higher, but no where close to that 10 million range.

You just described every RB in the league. Derrick Henry isn't going to suddenly hit a brick wall.
The Cowboys MUST have a dominate rushing attack to win. Dak isn't going to pass this team to a Super Bowl.
And we don't have the 85 Bears defense.
