He's in that 250 lb range that can get around the corner with speed and bend.

He was producing at a high level when he was cut by Giants.

Moore was initially projected to be a top ten draft pick at the end of the 2012 season. One of his strengths was his versatility while playing in Texas A&M. Where he played as 3-4 outside linebacker in his first two seasons and tallied a total of 14 sacks in that time span. In 2012 as the starting defensive end he exploded with 12.5 sacks.

Despite his previous accomplishments, his status as a top ten pick was damaged because of his poor performance at the NFL Combine, where he had only 12 reps in the bench press (lowest among defensive linemen) and a 4.95 time in the 40-yard dash. He was projected by many draft analysts to go in the late first or early second round; however, he slid down the draft board and was eventually chosen by the New York Giants in the third round, with the 81st overall pick.

With that being said of course you dont get dropped by 4 different organizations if your not a bonehead.

But on the flipside, he does have a knack for getting to the QB. He is home ( Fingers crossed that even makes a difference)

He has to realize that if you fail in Oakland and Dallas there isnt going to be another chance.

Doesnt really matter any way, If hes not able to take Marinelli's coaching he's not gonna make the rostor. Lets just hope he lasts and the light goes on. Because he is a situational pass rushing weapon that is needed

i like his highlights more than the other de we have.
his 10 yard time is 4.7 - no better if a little worse than taco.
but his play looks like a rde.
lets hope he grows up even though it is a bit hard to believe given his previous 4-5 teams...
at least there is talent so we can hope on the rest...

Worth a shot..who knows? Every team has a grab players who has potential. If the staff was not turning over rocks, you guys would be complaining about them being lazy. this is a (No hurt) quest.

I can't wait to see what Marenilli can do with this kid. . Moore's play seems to be about unleashing him and eliminate 'over thinking'. Marinelli's attacking up-field defense sounds like his best chance to regain his College success. Some guys play to their potential when the scheme fits their characterics. Just ask 3rd ranked Sack leader from last year, Lorenzo Alexander. Lorenzo never had more than 2.5sacks in his ten year career, but exploded for 12.5 playing for Buffalo. So no, it's not out of the realm that Marenilli could tap into Moore's potential. Im not expecting anything, but it sure would be nice to find a lightening in a bottle.

I do agree that if he can't make it here with what Marinelli asks of his ends, he isn't cut out for this league.

Word is he was immature, hopefully he's ready to be a real PRO because the talent is there.

2013 was the year of LeakGate.

Cowboys had Moore pegged as a 3rd rounder, so you know they liked him. Maybe another Terrell McClain reclamation project, but I doubt he makes the 53.
