The only guy doing his job 100%

Start a thread for this... Wow.

In other news... I hope his "doink" fg was his miss for the year lolol

People just looking for things to criticize now.
Bailey is the least of our worries.

If the rest of this team did their jobs as well as Bailey, we'd be undefeated.

I have to admit, I did poop myself a little with that doink, though.

He has been so automatic that even a minor flaw shocks you. Folk was like that before he got hurt.

I really do not think this is the same case though. I was worried about him at the tail end of last year.

I just hate that he is viewed as so reliable that at seems like we sometimes play for a 56 yard FG AND expect him to make them all.

Misses are inevitable for every kicker just like INT's are for QB's. For me, when Baily misses, I know that it falls into the category of **** happens, rather than he choked. Baily is as reliable as you can get. Perfect? No. Would I trade him for another? No.

i think your right on OP and Ive been thinking the same thing about L. P. Ladouceur. His snaps have been a bit off to the left by a few inches late in games. I know hes never had a "bad" snap but he's just not been perfect enough

Ok I haven't seen anyone bring this up so I'm going to. Why is it in clutch situations his kicks are off. Usually when he goes in to kick I'm not worried. But last season against Detroit he missed a clutch field goal when we were mounting the comeback. Green bay he missed one again when we were dominating. And Sunday against philly he almost missed the game tying field goal. What is going on with him? Thoughts?

It's the NFL K balls that they use.....Every now and then they slip in the special weighted ball that hooks and makes weird moves through the air.....just to keep fans on edge.

Don't listen to the smart-alecks, that's a legit observation. Is it worth worrying about? Probably not. But there has been a tangible difference in his high pressure kicks.

when a kicker has not missed a kick all season, it usually is not a good time to start a thread stating he is not clutch

Perhaps no one has brought it up because it's not really been an issue. Fans tend to remember the misses for a nearly perfect kicker instead of all of the clutch makes.

Now, he was off in the playoffs for some reason compared to his usual play, but I don't think it has anything to do with clutch situations.

Just as in golf, a par is a par on the scorecard and no one cares about how you got the par. Thread should be nominated for the 'Worst of 2015'. Has he missed this year? No. SMH

One thing not really discussed about that last FG he doinked is the previous play. There was a penality on Philly that moved the ball 5 yards closer. If not for that penality, Bailey's kick would have hit the outside of the pole glancing left and his attempt would have been no good or he would have missed it wide left altogether.

But he also would have had a different kick. Can't use same kick cause if you move it up 5 yards it splits the up rights

Hasn't Bailey hit every kick this season? He's been one of the few consistently reliable Cowboys this year.
