For divisional rivalry teams......let that sink in
*Quinn's first year as the Commander's head coach ( rookie QB )
* Kellen's first year as the Eagles OC ( RB with over 2000 yards rushing )
* Cowboys are struggling to reach 500 ( with the highest-paid player/QB in the league)

The point is ........Quinn and Kellen were never the problems

The scary thing is it could take 2-3 years to compete for the division again.
** All the Eagles elites are locked up for another 1-2 years
** Commanders are cooking with a rookie QB and $100M + cap space in 2025. BTW....remember reports earlier in the season that lots of free agents were telling their agents they wanted to play for the Commanders? Pure speculation here but I'm expecting Quinn to trade for either Garrett or Crosby.

Better Tampa team?….you mean the team we just beat with Cooper Rush?…we actually beat both teams with Cooper Rush. Probably would have swept Wash has Coop played in the finale. How embarrassing for them

The Cowboys have been a dysfunctional organization for a long time and it’s not going to change anytime soon no matter what any other organizations do or don’t do. ALL hope is gone and there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. A turn around will only begin when the idiot is removed from the equation OR a generational QB is drafted. We’ll never know because dumb and dumber never invest in that position.

Washington won't get by the Lions unless there are a bunch of turnovers. The lions have a really good D and Goff is playing some good ball.

I expect the eagles to win against LA or Minn but I think Minn has a better team when Darnold is balling. The eagles seem to be having issues scoring. If they didn't have Barkley, they would be in trouble. The Eagles D is top notch. As they say, D wins championships.

Neither Dan Quinn nor Kellen Moore were blameless during their stints in Dallas in my opinion. It is only that they were included in a group of coaches, who were not the best combination for a coaching staff.

The problem is Jerry Jones. He is the cook tossing different coaches into his stew, stirring it up, and believing it will turn out brilliantly. Unfortunately, he does not have the capacity to burn bread properly.

Jethro is the core problem of course. Along with a lack of greater talent in some key areas.

Correct. Anyone can solo or collectively create a list of ALL the problems Dallas has had for decades per season. Jerry Jones should start off any list. Listing any coach (even Dave Campo) above him or omitting Jones altogether invalidates the entire process.

Not sure the point of posts like these (on Twitter, not here). Quinn had a much better team than us, with Daniels and a bunch of FAs to fill holes. But they're still going to get curb stomped by Detroit next week.

And Kellen is on an incredibly talented team. We didn't have these posts last year when he was doing nothing at the Chargers.

It has nothing to do with Quinn or Moore, or little to do I should say. Both teams went all-in to win. The Commanders spent freely in free agency getting players like Frankie Luvu, Bobby Wagner, Tyler Biadasz, Dorance Armstrong, Austin Ekeler, Fowler, Chinn, and more. They fixed their offensive line, improved an already strong defensive line, and made their secondary better. The QB was icing on the cake. Jerry Jones sat on his hands in the offseason and let talent leave - for Washington. And despite already having Payne and Allen, they drafted a quality DT in 2024. Newton is already better than Mazi.

The Eagles have been adding players and improving year over year since 2020, after going 4-11-1. Honestly, if they had a better QB, they would win the Super Bowl this year. But Hurts is inconsistent and sometimes just bad. The Eagles don't win because of Moore, they win because of Howie Roseman and the defense he built. While Dallas signed Kendricks, who was okay but not great, the Eagles signed Zack Baun for a CAP hit of $1.6 million. He made all-pro.

Imagine if Jerry went all in last year. Imagine if he signed a legitimate DT and one of the top RBs? Imagine if he kept some of the defensive talent he let go. Of course we have to imagine what would have been if we didn't have so many injuries too. The Cowboys would have been right in the thick of this playoff thing. But, Jerry did nothing. The team got weaker.

All the NFC East teams are going to do it again. The Giants will draft a QB, before we draft. The Eagles and Commanders will play in free agency. The Commanders have over $90 million in CAP space in 2025, without doing anything. And they have shown they are willing to spend it. I suspect the Commanders will draft a quality TE or WR for Daniels to throw to and use their CAP space to fill gaps in their defense.

If Jerry sits still, as I suspect he will, Dallas will fall behind even further. Regardless of who is coaching any of these teams. Quinn and Moore, along with Biadasz, Fowler, Armstrong and others are experiencing more success because they are out from under the control of Jerry Jones.

So true re moore. Barkley with that O Line rival the Great Wall of Dallas

Throw in the tush push if it’s 4th and 2 or shorter and they can march down the field to run out a clock.

D lines fear hurts taking off on a long run if the middle opens for him as his receivers stretch the lbs and safeties

Nothing to do with Moore and some new design

Fangio deserves more credit on the D side

The turn around in Wash is obvious. They hit on a QB.

And Phil just brought in more talent to an existing playoff caliber team.
The turn around in Washington had much more to do with getting rid of their version of Jerry Jones. Team turned around immediately from 4-13 to winning a playoff game.

The same thing would happen for Dallas if we could get rid of Jones.
