What a mess and one of Jerry's own making. The market for Quinn has effectively gone, certainly as a HC. But it won't be easy to remove him. He is under contract. The next head coach will presumably want his own DC. There was always too much chatter (Jerry encouraged it) that we had our next HC in waiting and were paying him as such.

Both the offense and defense were poorly prepared, to the point oif arrogance. It's a cultural thing.

What we saw Sunday was inexcusable from a defensive coordinator. He should not be brought back.

Jerry has a huge decision to make...MM had a good run...but I don't no if there is a HC out there that can fix this....the one common denominator has been and will be the Jones'. Jerry must re-look at how he internally handles things....something is out of touch....something is wrong....and would another HC be handcuffed or would he allow them to have control... feel like MM was coaching scared...like the media reports about MM on the hot seat affected things and created a distraction for both MM & DQ..

Did the Jones family create the media reports to influence MM.....did the media reports cause DQ and MM to be distracted....you bet ya

Bottom line I think the HC and DC chatter influence the preparation for the game....team was not ready

Dan Quinn's defense has been overated since the 9ers exposed them. Unit hasn't been the same. Cant stop the run. Can pressure the QB. Tons of blown coverages all over the field. Dak and the O don't get a pass. you can't go down 27 points before you do anything. You cant throw pick 6s and gift other TDs with ints. How many young QBs have showed up Dak the past couple of years? Def 3 or 4 of them. The entire team was ill prepared and got slapped for it. And now we fans get trolled once again.

I can see MM getting fired in next 24-48 hours and DQ in a holding pattern. Cowboys want him to leave but don't want to fire him

It's obvious what happened to the defense yesterday. I mean besides the obvious. Mr. Guru was preoccupied with all the offers being offered to him by other teams. He forgot to take care of a good game plan, more likely didn't care as much since he was feeling so desired by other teams. Then with Dak , well he was being Dak. No surprise there!

Quinn needs to go but besides that the biggest factor is that we have to much dumb players who doesn't have what is takes to get it done in big games.and I blame the board on that.also people talking about the curse...how about being america's team with all those fans and media pressure is the curse.we need to work on getting players with alot of sb experience.

No, Jerry is Jerry's biggest problem. Quinn might be a distant 2nd.

Ask yourself this: Was Quinn OK going into the season w/ no LB's? If he was, then he is part of the problem, yes.
