The Cowboys are benefiting from having several coaches in their ideal roles. Quinn as DC and defensive line coach. Philbin on the offensive line. Kellen Moore as offensive coordinator.

Often times, coaches are promoted over their skill level because they’re such good coordinators. And then everything suffers as a result.
