I didn't think about that angle. No doubt he has extra incentive now that you mention it. But we should be glad they blew it against the Patriots in that SB because if they win is he here? I don't think so. At the time I was pissed they blew it but now I'm glad they did.

The Cowboys are benefiting from having several coaches in their ideal roles. Quinn as DC and defensive line coach. Philbin on the offensive line. Kellen Moore as offensive coordinator.

Often times, coaches are promoted over their skill level because they’re such good coordinators. And then everything suffers as a result.
