Sometimes guys come in, make a splash and really change a team. Quinn did. But sometimes a guy's shelf life is short and his was. Ownward

Much of this fanbase wants the two biggest reasons for our three straight 12 win seasons (The turnover margin created by Dan Quinn and Dak Prescott) gone. This fanbase is full of abject morons.

And the three 12 wins lead to a 1-3 playoff record. Same level of success in the postseason as the Clapper.

I know the real issue is above the coaches and players. But it's not like either Dak or Quinn have shown they are an x-factor in the playoffs. The sole win in the postseason was against AARP Brady and bucs team limping in the postseason.

Cool, can beatdown and pad stats vs the Skins and Giants. Turnovers galore vs the Howells/Jones-Mobster QB's in the division.

I'm all for some bad seasons if they can't get over this division round hump for a rebuild.
2020 was a mulligan. But the last 3 years have shown that this team is still a regular season team.

As a cowboys fan I don’t love this. Washington feels like they are set up well for Quinn assuming they land a top OC. Quinn’s defense with Allen/Payne in the middle? This issues with his defense in Dallas is they were weak up the middle….that won’t be an issue in Washington.

Vrabel. Done
Highly doubt Vrabel wants to come here as DC. There were rumors that there was a power struggle with the GM of the Titans…even if he was promised HC if McCarthy gets fired after the year I doubt it’s a good fit. Vrabel wouldn’t tolerate Stephen picking his players for him….like most good coaches wouldn’t

I'm happy Quinn is gone.
Had Quinn called a good game against GB, he would have been gone and Cowboy fans would have been crying.
Quinn got a promotion even though he had a horrible scheme the last game. That surprises me, but I'll take it.

I don't hate DQ. I think he did some great work in Dallas and helped turned some things around. With that said, I do think his time here kind of ran it's course. A fresh face could be a good thing.

I would wish him luck, but he went to a divisional rival. Yuck.
