Flamed out as a HC, but as a DC he was part of the Rams top defense for one year.


Not saying I want him, but just a name out there floating for different DC gigs

think he's going back to the Rams.

One situation I'd monitor is the panthers and Evero. They're blocking requests to interview him for DC currently, but w/ a new HC, who knows.

Highly doubt Vrabel wants to come here as DC. There were rumors that there was a power struggle with the GM of the Titans…even if he was promised HC if McCarthy gets fired after the year I doubt it’s a good fit. Vrabel wouldn’t tolerate Stephen picking his players for him….like most good coaches wouldn’t

The way this team is set up coordinators tell scouts what they need scouts find them then discussions take place with coaches McClay Jerry Stephen.
