And I'm not talking about "turn out the lights the party's over".

I'm talking "if if's and buts were candy and nuts what a merry Christmas it would be."

In other words, for all we have all had to say... for Jerry - against Jerry; for Wade - against Wade; for Jason - against Jason....etc etc.

for all the debates and arguments and point counter point.......

Its time for this team, this coaching staff, this current regime to PUT UP OR SHUT UP.

Words don't matter..... deeds do.

If the team answers the call then let all the naysayers on all levels shut up, but if this team fails yet once again after an 8-3 start, then let all the apologists shut up.

This group has had enough time, enough opportunities, enough chances to show what they are or what they aren't, and its time.

Time for what? Time to win a must win game. Time to make a run to the playoffs. Time to win a playoff game. If this team does that, then bring them all back, they deserve another shot.

If this team whimpers out again, then it's time to make changes.

But right now a thousand words on either side of the ledger won't determine it. It's Dandy Don Time..... no ifs, no buts, no excuses, put up or shut up, walk the walk.

That is what Romo said after the loss last week, and I agree completely. Its just time to win.

Anyone want to go out on a limb and predict that Dallas elevates their game in all three phases and wins on Saturday? I don't think I can anymore. :D

I think they will. Call me a homer, but I think Dallas wins Saturday night.

+1 to the OP.

I thought they would against the Giants...and then the Chargers. Now, I can only dare to hope.

And here I thought somebody was asking me for my assessment of the current situation. (I know better)

I agree. Whatever happens one side will have the ammunition and the right to tell the other side I told you so. And if you're on the wrong side, you are just gonna have to take it.

I just truly hope though, there's nobody here who is rooting for us to lose just to prove a point.

I'm on That limb, I have been on that limb since the begining of the season, and then when NO got to 10-0 I really went farther out on the limb, especially since my Barber and a couple of his Barbers are from New Orleans.

I cannot wait to walk into the Barber shop and rattle off "How Bout Them Cowboys" and Who Dat talkin bout beating them saints, The Cowboys were talkin about beating them saints and they did beat them saints.

I'd like to think this team could crank it up a notch but I believe they have hit the ceiling. I'm tired of getting my hopes up only to see the rug yanked from underneath me.

No one wins if the Cowboys don't win. Anyone who would ever want us to lose (I mean really want us to lose, we all say things or think things in frustration), just isn't a Cowboys fan.

I would be the president of the Wade Phillips fan club if the guy can do the job that needs to be done. Do I think he is the guy? No. Would I genuinely love to be wrong and watch us win a playoff game this year, and improve on that in the future? Absolutely.

I would love to believe they are going to win, but I have just been burnt too many times.

I got my hopes up against a reeling Packer squad.........we lost

I got my hopes up for the rematch with the Giants.......we lost

I got my hopes up for the showdown against SD..........we lost

I am tired of getting my hopes up and then feeling like I just got kicked in the balls after the game. I am done getting my hopes up, I think this coaching staff is a complete joke and several players are not living up to their contracts.

With that said, I will watch and root like crazy for the Boyz to win, but I have no hopes or expectations that they will actually happen.:(

So if they lose you will not feel as bad?

That never works for me.
