Darius Jackson RB

He did it at less than 4 yards a carry. That's dreadful.

McFadden was averaging 3.5 a carry his last 3 seasons in Oakland that was the worst in the entire league for a back not named Trent Richardson. He averaged 4.6 behind our OL and if he can do that I have no doubt that a back with great vision and decisiveness like Morris can do better. Morris was in a bad fit after all the changes Washington made to their offense transitioning away from RG3 but you don't seem to get that.

I've been watching all of his film. Even in his good games. He doesn't make people miss. He doesn't run over anyone.

If he can't make people miss or run over anyone then explain how he's gained over 4700 yards averaging 4.4 a carry and scored 29 TD's in 4 years? I'm still waiting for an answer to that.

In Turbins 4 year career he's never rushed for more than 354 yards in a season and has only scored ONE career rushing TD. He's only had 1127 rushing yards in 4 years with a 4.0 rushing average and you would rather have a back like that than one who's put up over 4700 yards and scored 29 TD's over that same 4 year period? Get real!

So what are you arguing? That Morris is a better running back then Turbin? Ok. Fair enough. That doesn't make Morris a great back or someone who will "flourish" here.

McFadden suffered injuries.

He's a better back than Turbin and McFadden. There's one highlight reel I would love to post here because Morris is doing everything you claimed he can't do but there's offensive langue. All he's doing is making defenders miss and he's doing it in traffic. He ran over 2 defenders to get to the endzone. He came out of of a pile on one play and took it to the house. You must be watching a different player because the one I'm watching impresses me.

McFadden suffered injuries.

That doesn't excuse his average because most of his injuries kept him out of games. He was healthy his final season in Oakland and only averaged 3.4 a carry.

Morris is quick and shifty and plays faster than he times both he and Zeke are going to be breaking some runs in 2016. Both are going to provide some big plays in the running game. Our rushing TD's will more than double in 2016 mark my words!

I don't know why we're complaining. Our camp bodies last year were Gus (the broke Bus) Johnson and Ben (Mighty midget) Malena. I'd say this guy is obviously an upgrade to those options.

That's ultimately all that matters. The talent and depth at RB is superior to last year's group. EE, Morris who is good in ZBS, and they've had a season to figure out what type of runs best suit DMC.
