they already did :laugh2:

I'm happy as can be that the Nittany Lions put the hurt to them. It humbled most of the idiotic OSU fans and at least I won't hear them running their yap this year. ;)

Yeah they really put the hurt on them. They needed a mistake on a fumble to score their only TD after 3 plus quarters with their starting Q B on the sidelins. Man that is a hurting. :bang2:

BTW we're still going to run our yap and root for our team.

Hurt? The two most overated teams to ever play one another.

well other than an overrated OSU team, who has PSU beaten?

Don't get me wrong, I think you guys are playing well. I think you guys are a well oiled machine. However, your schedule sucks....mainly cause the Big 11 is having a meltdown year.

To hear the fans around here (yes, I live in the heart of Buckeye country) whining like a bunch of teenage drama queens I'd say it was a "hurt". They are the ones doing this. :bang2:

And I don't have a thing against fans rooting for their teams. It's the fans running their yaps proclaiming the Bucks are the greatest thing since sliced bread. And I do realize there will be fans who do contrary to the fact the Bucks got their arse handed to them twice this season. At least the smart and humbled fans will keep their holes shut.

And if you're going to run your yap (perhaps gloat), by all means. I won't hear it. :p:

Well I live in Indy so I don't 'live around here'. I also don't think the Buckeyes ae the greatest thing since sliced bread. However I have been a Buckeye fan for over 20 years and they will always be my favorite college fball team. Also if you live in the heart Buckeye I would think you would be smart enough to know that Ohio State football is and will always be number one so fans are going to think they are the greatest thing when football rules and you have a storied football program.

PSU has not proven anything either since as has been pointeed out who have they beaten? Since OSU got TOTALLY OWNED by USC, beating them is not all that.

Puh-lease.

If the Longhorns are on their game, there isn't a single Big 11 team that could hold them to less than 35 points, especially that warmed over collection of dog poo known as the Buckeyes.:D

PSU would get donkey stomped in the Big 12 or SEC.

I agree.

Ohio State & Penn State are the most overated teams in college football, playing in the most overated conference. Ohio State has validated just how overated they are by losing the last two BCS championship games to SEC teams by a total of 41 points.

Ohio State had no business playing in either game.

OK let me kill your nonsense right now. Last year's national title game was not Ohio State's fault. West Virginia losing to an unranked opponent on it's home field and Missouri losing in the Big 12 title game both lost. So is Ohio State supposed to decline the invitation based on where they rightfully should have been based on computer rankings. Those other teams didn't take care of their business. Last year Ohio State deserved to go.

In 2006, are you nuts, they definitely deserved to go. They were number 1 and undefeated for most of that season.

To your crap about being the most overrated teams and conference, please both Penn State and Ohio State are steeped in tradition and just because you lose national titles all of sudden makes you overrated. I guess all those years in the 80's when Nebraska lost a few national titles they were overrated too. Or Florida St. losing to Miami and losing in national title games in the late 80's and early 90's makes them overrated too. Or Oklahoma getting steamrolled and losing to a mid major in their last 4 BCS games makes them overrated.

It doesn't make them overrated it makes them good enough teams and coaches to get to those games year in and year out and be in contention while other teams wish they had resumes like that.

You guys can make the point about Ohio State being blown out in those games but saying they are overrated and don't belong in those games is silly. You don't play in those types of games not being a good football team. As for Penn State, I believe that they have won their last two bowl games. I know they at tleast beat an SEC school in one of those games.

You are about as clueless as they come when it comes to knowing college football. You are like a lot of others that read a few articles about how bad or 'overrated' a team is and all of sudden you think you know what you are talking about. You don't.

Nah, Notre Dame is more overrated than JoPa's team.
Now that is a team that hasn't done anything in a long time. If anyone wants to call a team overrated look no further than Notre Dame. No titles, no bowl wins, no title game appearances, no nothing for about 15 years.

Wow it took that long for the ND haters to show up?

Lets see how long has it been since Nebraska was respected?
How long was it untill actually this year that Alabama had a shot at something big?
Penn State has had maybe two big years in the last 10.
Now ND was down no doubt about it but as recently as 2006 was in the top 10 during the season. AAnd after hitting rock bottom last year is steadily gettting better. I predict that next year they will crack the top 10.
