Per Aaron Wilson.

HOUSTON – University of Tennessee All-Southeastern Conference offensive Darnell Wright, one of the top draft prospects, has nearly 20 visits.

The projected first-round draft pick visited the Buffalo Bills today and the New Orleans Saints, Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers this week and, among his other visits, is set to meet with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dallas Cowboys, Arizona Cardinals, Washington Commanders and Detroit Lions, according to league sources.

He is a really good player. RT in college but I think he could be a better OG than Torrence...

6-5, 333 and very strong.

I thought he was the clear winner in the Senior Bowl 1-on-1 drills (American Team).

Could also give the Cowboys leverage in the Steele contract discussions. You would think they are looking at him as a Guard.

He very well could be our left guard. He is my 2nd choice. Right behind Mauch. They could also draft the left tackle from OU and move Smith back to guard.

Mauch reminds me of a hockey guy. A big thuggish mauler that we need. Missing teeth and all.

His testing was outstanding. His speed and agility shows he can pull, get to the 2nd level, and would be good on screens.

He made his bones by having a good game vs Will Anderson. I would not be unhappy with him at all at 26. I think this year like last, a run on O Line early and he doesn't make it to 26

Thinks he needs to also get stronger
Yeah, he doesn’t have a lot of power. He’s more of a wall off blocker and is a little susceptible to the bull rush from strong DT’s.

People see missing teeth though and… “mauler!”

He does have good feet though.

Now this is a guard/tackle who is worth the 26th pick in the draft.
