Bland has been everything the Cowboys had hoped departed 2nd round pick bust Kelvin Joseph would be.

Not to mention also 3rd rd bust Nashon Wright.

McClay will not get all of the draft picks right,. .but he's gonna have some great gem finds ..ala Bland

It sucks that Diggs went down, but I called it.

I said if one of your CB's went down, you still have a top 5 CB duo.

God forbid Diggs goes down? Bland And Gilmore is still a very good CB tandem.
Diggs/Bland proven elite, and Gilmore/Diggs obviously was elite.

If I am the Cowboys i'd maybe call teams and inquire about a solid slot receiver

I totally agree. It's almost like no difference between he and Diggs. They're very similar players.

I think that those in the know, around the league, recognize that he has been sensational. Shocked that Stafford would throw that ball.

Bland also is more physical. He made that clutch tackle in the screen that prevented a TD. So Bland scored a TD and prevented one. That’s a 14 point swing in our favor.

Diggs and Bland is going to be scary next year.

Exactly.

But show me one guy or gal who gets all the draft picks right, and I'll give you a million for each one.

People underestimate what goes into scouting. And oversimplify how easy or difficult it is to find quality players.

Plus, he’ll stick his nose in there and tackle.

Why so quick to part ways with Stephon? He's been quality since his arrival. We knew he wasn't the same player as 8 years ago, but he's no bum.
