Better than Diggs as a Rookie. Bland is the best rookie CB I've seen in Dallas.

Tyler has been good as well.

He might be our best D player currently. Yes, Parsons is obviously better but not right now.

Parsons is used up and exhausted.
He is just too small to play DE.

What I found most striking when Dallas selected Bland was that quite a few posters knew the player and were enthusiastic over it. I never heard of him before Dallas drafted him.

Hitting on a quality player in the 5th round of the draft can make or break a draft. Love his scrappyness and play making ability.

yeah, a rookie CB doesn't usually step in and be aggressive like that in fear of getting beat. He does have the mental savy besides the physical to make it in the NFL.

Bland is going to be a monster for years to come. Quite simply the best 5th rounder we’ve had around here in ages.

Dallas needs to draft a corner to start opposite Diggs and the secondary should be in good hands for quite some time.

He doesn’t play as aggressive as Diggs and seems to trust his ability to stay with a WR

It worked for him last year, but Teams are clearly starting to scheme to take advantage of Diggs’s aggressive ball hawking.

I think he figures it out and adjusts his approach
