Even if thats true, name a CB right now in the NFL that shut down every receiver in every game this year. ? They all get beat. Its way too easy for the offense with all the rules they have.

Hopefully that's right. The game was a disaster, and I'm a bit surprised they didn't just pull everyone at halftime. The Eagles were steamrolling the Giants, and the 49ers boat raced the Cardinals by halftime. So, it was clear that we weren't winning the division anyway, let alone top seed. So, at that point, the starters probably should've come out. I wanted to see maybe one more drive from them to where they could try to string a bit of consistency. But I didn't think they should play the starters for more than one or two more drives. After the second drive for the offense, all of the starters should have been pulled. It wasn't our day yesterday, and there was no reason to pour more petrol on a fire.

Brady won't have to take chances on Diggs. The getting is too good at the other 2 CB spots. Maybe they draw up a shot play or two vs Diggs, but the bulk of targets will go vs the #2 and #3 CBs.

True, but with him, we expect him to back up his talk with making key plays when we need them. He just hasn't shown up. Seems he checks out and we saw this again yesterday in spades.

That’s not even remotely accurate. Diggs has been a shut down corner for most of the season. Interceptions are not the sole measurement for CB performance.
