Drew Pearson was the last member of the 70's all decade team to make the Hall.. Woody is one of the few members of the 90's all decade team not to make it in if I'm not mistaken. He may be the only one not in. Bob Hayes rewrote how pass defense was played in the NFL.. Harvey Martin was one of the best and most consistent pass rushers of his era. But people continue to deny that there is any anti-Cowboys bias across the NFL.

The reason why Woodson has been passed over, and likely will be once again is that he didn't make the All Decade Team of the 1990s. The selectors, who are the same people who are the HOF enshrinement committee, put on a washed up Ronnie Lott (who wasn't good with the Raiders or Jets, and only played half of the decade) over Woodson.
