He was mentioned in another thread (sad content) and I decided to start a fresh thread. I loved his style of play in college and was thrilled when Dallas drafted his. He excelled with the Cowboys and I was very sad to see him retire. Does anyone have any info, inside or otherwise, as to how he is doing as a coach? A lot of his talent came from his football intelligence, specifically his "shovel pass" call in a game a few years ago. Has he been able to pass on this knowledge to the current players or is it something that was a gift and cannot be taught? I think it is really great that the bulk of the coaching staff are young and could be in Dallas for a while.
