No, you know I think that the league's standard of judgement is as ***** up as it can be. And I'm not judging Irving for what he does in his private life, only that I don't think it's smart to advertise it to people who might take issue with it.

There's another thread talking about his "peculiar case", and this is just another thing that might be added to that "case", that's all I'm saying.

The fact is that Irving's past decisions cost him millions in draft position. An undeniable fact.

And his current actions are mentioned as the reason why he'd get a 2nd round tender rather than a 1st. Another difference of $1 million. But if you want to blind yourself to these facts, again, have "your view".

Ok, I don't know how to link it, but for anyone that follows him on Instagram. Did you get a chance to see his post? He posted a picture of two women naked in a bed thanking his wife for a great valentines day gift. Now, personally I don't care what everyone does in the bedroom, however, I don't want to see it or hear about it. This may be one of the "odd" things that people keep referring too. Maybe im reading to much into it, but as a professional athlete with people looking up to you, I don't find this as a great way to get paid.

Things like this are why the less I know about players , the more I can stomach rooting for them. If Jerry took the names off the uniforms, i'd be ok referring to them by number.

There were a ton of things like that on twitter and instagram on Wednesday, I suspect they are all just put out there for a reaction and really never occurred. Hell, if his wife/GF did get a friend to join in, lucky him.

How do you know it was legal? Perhaps his wife bought him some high priced prostitute that she didn't know was part of a huge human trafficking ring. We don't know. She could just as well be their best friend swinging partner. Again, we don't know. But this brings me back to my original point. Bad judgement. Put it anyway you want, how many of these type distractions have helped this crappy franchise for the past 1/4 century remain crappy? Tooooo many. He's not good enough to be worth it.

Gronk to my knowledge has never been suspended though he should've a few times when he was going around injuring guys on purpose.

He has the DV charge, and the incident where he was on camera rioting (which I think is what got him suspended his senior year) as well as his suspension in the league for peds. I dont know if there is anything else and I really dont know the validity of any of it, but I know hes paid for his bad decisions. I dont think his Instagram post is a big deal but it doesn't scream maturity either. Which again may be the reason Dallas is rumored to be wanting someone to take them up on their second round tender.
