I need to correct a reply I made earlier regarding the number of snaps played by Irving. I said 20 before, but just ran across the chart again and it was actually 11 snaps that he played. Old age is getting to me, I guess.:)

He absolutely needs more snaps. I know the coaches know more than me. Sometimes I wonder what they know that I don't. He's played really well and in my mind means he needs more snaps.

Every time I notice him in I focus on him and he gets pressure nearly every time. I think he will be very good.

He absolutely seems to grab your attention when he's in the game. The only thing I can come up with is they use him situationally and even then, he's a part of a rotation. That's just me guessing. That said, I do believe that we'll be seeing more of him as the season progresses...at least I hope so.

I think the nicest thing one could say about this young rookie is that in all the games he has played for the Cowboys, everyone has noticed him.

Can you say the same thing about either of the Crawfords?
