I think it's pretty certain that Garrett isn't going to be replaced. Jerry seems pretty serious about that.

Yep. He is the QB coach in Miami. And I must say, Chad Pennington looked really good this year. So coming here as OC would be a promotion.

I hope Jerry does not have his thumb stuck up somewhere on this one. He said he would not make a "head coaching" change. So I hope that means that the rest of the staff is on notice.

He could turn Romo around.....it all goes back to the roots. He built Romo and he can fix him. It wasn't Parcells or Payton. If Jerry has any sense he will make this move. Plus from time to time he can run the "wildcat" with Felix, Baber, and Choice.

Pennington looks like a franchise qb....and Fasono looks all world!
