He's a third string guy. We need a legit #2 TE.

Tight ends are like running backs now. You need two solild guys, and a decent 3rd guy. Phillips is that third guy.

I would take a 6' 6" Coby Fleener than a short slot WR. That would be best for our offense and QB.
