Witten's got at least 3 more seasons in him, right? That's an underestimate as TEs can have long careers. I wouldn't be worrying about his eventual replacement. If you draft a TE in 2nd or 3rd, it'd almost be akin to the Colts keeping Manning and still drafting Luck.

At this stage in Witten's career, another vet to team up with Phillips would make the most sense at the TE spot.
