Seriously I continue to think this Front Office has turned the corner but then we do stuff like this. We have drafted two guys that were not starters last year in college. Why do we think we are so much smarter than everyone else?

I'm wondering if McClay is suffering from what Jimmy and Bill Parcells went through in the past. They had success and then Jerry starts insisting on more and more say and limelight. McClay did the dirty work, just like Jimmy and Bill, to get the Cowboys back on track, and then the Jones family pushes him to the side and starts throwing their weight around on important decisions.
