Trading with the Jets would not surprise me

1. Lynch
2. Tread
3. Doctson
4. Lawson
5. Jack

Is who I could see them trying to get

Goff and Wentz weren't viable unless we wanted to sacrifice everything for them.

Not nearly as much as LA/PHI from 4 ;) Comes with the territory, you either are willing to give up some picks or you go into another season hoping your aging and injury prone QB will take us to the promise land. At least w/those choices (Goff/Wentz) and Romo starting when healthy, we have a great outlook regarding the future. QBs run the league, not RBs. Elliott now has to be AP to justify the pick (nearly a decade of production; almost unheard of among RBs).

No but at some point you still have to add defensive talent. I suspect a rookie DE would be better for the team than a midget WR who will likely only be your 3rd WR to start the season.

We have taken a DE in the 2nd round 2 straight years correct?

One, he's a reach at 34.

Two, hard to justify taking a #2 or #3 WR who is 5-10 after taking a TB at 4 when you need defensive help.

One, depends on who's available. 2, arguable. BPA

And you are Chicken Little. I am sorry this is a much better defense than the defense that went 12-4 and was a freak play/call away from the NFC Championship two years ago. I just choose not to worry that the sky is falling all the time, it very rarely is.

Chicken Little or just realistic?

So what do you think? This is a Top Ten D as presently constructed?

Good pick if the injury concerns were rumors (Lawson). Good pick by Bills.
