If you have good corners you can basically dare the QB to throw into double coverage, the BB way, or you can blitz guys knowing your corners are better than their receivers and will win their 1 on 1s, the John H(no I dont know how to spell his last name) way.

Both positions are critical... do you build around LT or Deion? Depends on your philosophy. Almost a toss-up given these are two of the most critical non qb positions. You MUST disrupt the QB....this leads to turnovers. You can somewhat scheme away from a dominant corner.
