Draft Day ***Day one Draft Thread***

He does every week
No he doesn’t and Troy, Tony, BB, M Martz, MM and a host of others believe as I do. You are just a basement dwelling hack who knows absolutely nothing about what it takes to be an NFL QB obviously

Nobody in their right mind thought Lamb would be there at 17.

If anybody did, the % of that is super super small.

It doesn't matter if it was Lamb, there were multiple WRs to be taken that are highly touted, one was bound to fall. There were just too many good ones in this draft. This is the problem with our scouting team and Jerry Jones. They just don't get what makes a championship team.

they could have had the top safety in the draft, would that not be the wiser choice?
lamb didnt look that fast in the HL.
Depends where they had those players rated on their board. Didn’t want to reach and when the receiver they had rated as top 10 and top WR on their board is available it becomes an easy pick.

mattjames is upset at the pick?

Color me stunned.

If you don't take Ceedee, it's Randy Moss all over again. Jerry can literally spend all remaining picks on defense. We're good for not going the Garrett route and making the "safe" pick.

He is not Randy Moss. Come on. They DO NOT play defense in the Big 12. I know the guy is good. I really do. Dallas didn’t need another WR. Not at all.

I wouldn't have a problem with the Lamb pick, but I said before the draft, why sign Cooper when a good WR prospect would be there? You could have avoided this and kept Jones.

Good points but Jones is soooooo not worth top cb $$. You had no idea that such a gem would fall.

I expect the team will lean towards defense the rest of the way, but the bottom line is just to add more good football players.

You shouldn't be afraid to draft offense just because you have more talent there.

Yeah, just like the Matt Millin and the Lions, now that worked out great, right?
