Ramsey, Bosa, Goff and Treadwell are getting all the Pre-Combine Hype for Dallas right now, someone could always skyrocket or plummet up into the top 1-18, proving yearly it's a gamble.

Alshon may well make more money than Dez.

That's really a no go.

What people miss is that you need 3 or 4 WRs. You can draft a guy at 4 (better at 7 to 10 after a trade down) and play him as the #2 but realize he has #1 upside. If Dez doesn't return to health you can release him in a year otr two and you have a #1 on campus with experience. WR is not punter where you use 1. It's not even QB where back ups seldom get snaps. A good #2 here would the #1 on as much as 25% of the offensive plays anyways. You don't ask guys to run 40 yards, line up and do that 5 more times. Especially not 230 pound WRs.

WR is hardly the only place I look but it is arguably our worst skill position and the one where a top talent would make the biggest difference after QB.
If Romo is healthy next year and Dez are healthy next year and you do sign Lamar Miller... give me Treadwell PLEASE. That offense behind this OL... what a difference from Weeden/Cassell to TWill/Street.

I am so high on Treadwell for our #4 pick.

Bosa and Goff most likely gone before our pick. Good for me since there not my favorites.

If Treadwill was the best player available, I would select him. He would be an upgrade at the position and by the time he would approach his next contract; Dez should be winding down on his current deal. Think how difficult it would be to defend them. Talk about spreading out a defence! Williams is the last year of his contract. I'm also assuming Jerry will be Jerry and sign Johnny Boy.

Dallas could release Dez in 2018 with minimal hit to the cap. along with Romo and Witten
