DCFanatic Opinion: These five guys caught my attention

I think we have to give a little credit to Jacob Hester. That guy is 5'11 225lbs but having seen him in college (and how he was blowing through the DLine Saturday) he plays much bigger than that. He is a tank. I was impressed w/ him.

THough on that shot, yeah Burnett was bounced lol

 

[Velvet Jones]

• Starting teams looked great (both offense and defense).
• We seem to have a TON of number 3 guys at receiver. No number 2's, but about four number 3's.
• Crayton and Austin deserve props.
• Felix seems to be what we thought he would be.
• Jenkins seems to be what we thought he would be.
• Zach can still play and is more of an assett than I thought at signing.
• The entire running game performed great.
• Wade will have to quit another team instead of being forced to fire his Special Teams coach again

Strangely, Ratliff was the least impressive lineman. As they say, its just preseason.

True Inman. I hate the nit-picky fan but Spears was held on the first Sproles score. It made him look like he over pursued in the back field but it was because his right arm was held and when it was let go he muffed past the play.
