I do think this is an either/or situation with this team.
If Wade and Garrett are your guys (and they seem to be), then you have to give them every opportunity to succeed. You have to take away the competition from within the locker room. You have to make sure that the coaches' voices are the loudest and most respected.
I think TO is a burden to this entire team. I think he's still one of the best player at his position. But I'm tired of the drama. I think he's a weight on Romo's shoulders. He's someone that all of the coaches have to handle with kid-gloves. He's a guy who controls the locker room. All of those things are unacceptable to me.

i also hate that jerry just hands out big contracts and bonuses without making players earn it.
why did we have to give marion barber a huge contract & bonus when he had never even started 1 nfl game.
why did we need to lock up tony romo long term that quickly.......keep in mind that tom brady had to win 3 super bowls before they gave him his big deal........but no jerry had to give him a huge deal after only having started 10 nfl games.
stop giving players like flozell adams who are past their prime extensions.
lastly.......don't trade away multiple high draft picks for players who are not considered top tier, game changing players.........didn't we learn that lesson when we traded 2 1st rd picks for joey galloway........we could have easily picked up another receiver this off season without giving up any draft picks.

Just saying -- We got "gutted" on the defensive side last year at DL, LB, and DB coach... And our defense got better.
