DE Damontre Moore suspended for 2 games

I knew there was reason Dallas had to have Moore.

I can't read 8 pages to say that this DL group is a bunch of punks...my God, STOP WITH THE ILLEGAL CRAP....we have enough illegal craps from 1st and 2nd year players, we don't need this

maybe whomever the DL coach is should lose their job? Is that Leon Lett????

If you are in the market for DE's that can play at all and are not drafting in the top 10, you usually have to go after guys with some issues.
Taco may be a player but, he isn't going to be much until much later in the season or next year. Dallas isn't interested at all in players
who are past their prime so that leaves guys like Moore. He is going to miss 2 games but may be a nice rotational DE for the remainder
of this season's run if we make one. If Dak gets hurt and we tank the season like the Jets are, maybe we will be able to draft a
"War Daddy" next year in the draft.

Trade for one of Baltimore's young EDGE rushers, not all are making that team: Matt Judon, Tim Williams, Tyus Bowser, ZaDarius Smth

I think they have like 5 young guys deep behind BOTH Suggs and McClellan.

Unless he comes back, plays fourteen games and blows up unlike anything he has ever done as a professional, this ultimately becomes another Jerry Jones dry hole.

Dallas knew of the Moore situation and his contract reflects it

Damontre Moore signed a 2 year, $1,650,000 contract with the Dallas Cowboys, including a $100,000 signing bonus, $100,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $825,000. In 2017, Moore will earn a base salary of $683,823 and a signing bonus of $100,000, while carrying a cap hit of $733,823 and a dead cap value of $100,000.

In terms of contract this is a low salary so Cowboys are not taking a big risk and I think the upside to Moore is much greater.

Except Randy Gregory :)

Randy is also a grown man. It is part of growing up taking accountability for ones own action. As a child your parents are held responsible for what a child does, as a man you are accountable for what you do. I know there are a lot of immature people both in and out of sports but does not change the fact as an adult you will be treated as an adult.
