Got the 88/100, but passed on 56 and 58, according to Rick Gosselin's Top 100 Players. Nevertheless, everyone else has passed on simpson and d. williams, so that has to be saying something. trust in the vision of big bill (even when its hard).

Usually you need to be at the top of the 4th round in most drafts to get one of the leftovers when the dust settles from day one.

Given that we have been trading down, I think it is unlikely that we will reverse directions and trade up.

This is like the 2004 draft where we could have done something to improve the team but blew it big time.

Marcus Coleman also looked quite washed up the last couple of years - I think we could have drafted a quality starter at FS or a future starter on the OL here. Instead, we drafted a guy who might be good enough in a couple of years after some time in NFLE to be the fourth best DE on the team.

Exactly. I don't know if we could have him in the 6th, but seriously what the ****. We are a team with needs in the starting lineup, not the ****ing depth chart. I am infuriated. I am so happy I didn't take off work for this for the first time in years. So far we've addressed ONE need and aded depth to the only two positions that were already set.

He was interviewed on the ticket and he said New Orleans were gonna take him with 2nd pick in round 4

Problem is, one of them have LenDale White clocked at 4.50.
LenDale has never been clocked,so where do they get the 40 times?
I haven't heard of this Hatcher guy either,but I would not take this mags too seriously.

He'll need some fine tuning, but with a little help from Parcells and Zimmer, he could very well pan out into something nice.
