We traded Tennessee a 7th Round conditional pick for Edwards before the season began. Mocking someone (who is right BTW) when you don't even know who the players are on the team you say you are a fan of.....Classy.

I'm pretty sure he was mocking Edwards, not whoever poster you thought he was addressing.

Uh... who was I mocking, besides maybe the guy who used to be a cowboy? Really it was more talking about how teams get guys from other teams to pick their brains before they play them.

What do you mean don't know the players? Was he not previously from the Titans?

It appeared as he posted "LOL... thanks for the info on the Titans defense... and don't let the door hit you in the *** on the way out!", I thought he was referring to the OP, which is why I stated what I did, my apologies, I now realize they were referring to Edwards not the OP.

He is much quicker upfield. He doesn't have ideal length and can struggle to get off blocks but he has some explosion in his get off.

Edwards had the better size but was a marginal athlete. Looked really sluggish off the line against SF. Would work better in Zimmer's style of 4-3. No real chance with what Marinelli wants.

Not certain, but Edwards was limited in practice this week and was out of the game last week with a knee injury. If it's close between bottom of the roster DEs, then they're probably going to keep the one that is healthy.

Edwards has some ability. None of the DEs on the roster right now are super quick. Mincey, Crawford, Crawford and Selvie are all more straight line to the QB types that don't do a lot of bend the corner speed rushing.
