A couple of things about that. That was not a game winning FG. It was a FG to take the lead with around 1:15 or 1:20 left?

Had the kicker just slowed down the guy that ran past him and tackled Romo, just slowed him down a tiny bit, Romo is probably in the endzone.

On first down from the 1 yard line Alexander rips off a 25 yard run up the middle. That was the final nail in the coffin. Dallas got the ball back with too little time.

There was a lot more to that loss than Romo muffing the snap.

That was super close. I can't believe they overturned that.

Dallas still had all 3 timeouts. Go for it. QB sneak or something. A FG gives us a 2 point lead.

Romo fumbling the gimme fg snap vs. Seattle. Playoff game won....great coaching job by Parcells. That play alone may have driven him to retire....lol. Unlike many of the others that were painful. This 1 particular error, that I have not seen a single time since in the NFL went from sure victory to agonizing defeat because he fumbled a snap that any of us could have caught and set down. I'll never forget that and the lame excuses after the game about a slick ball.
